Who We Are

Mr. Gulam Roshan is the Founder & Managing Director of Roshan Properties. Roshan Properties began its journey into UAE’s Real estate market in 2006 as ‘BlackHood Real Estate”. Whilst many Companies & competitors exited the UAE’s real estate market during the economic downturn in 2008, Mr. Roshan led BlackHood Real Estate”. Towards succession, in spite of the dynamic and volatile market conditions.

Under the watch full eye of Mr. Roshan, BlackHood Real Estate”. It was rebranded as Roshan Properties in 2013. The rebranding efforts contributed significantly to the success of Roshan Properties LLC.

The company specializes in strategic Portfolio management, accommodation solutions, leasing and letting, asset and property management, sales/purchase of property, site selection, facility management/facility services, workplace concepts, financing concepts, location concepts and site development, planning, and construction of offices and production facilities and last but not the least sustainability strategy.
